Your responsibilities:
You will support the Group Accounting & Reporting team with the following tasks:- Support our legal entities (50+) in the monthly closing, forecast, budget and reporting processes
- Facilitate the implementation and continuous improvement of accounting and reporting processes and tools
- Manage ERP upgrades for financial cost accounting (e.g. SAP100/Navision) and provide respective training
- Validate submissions and financial statements during closing/consolidation, forecast und budget processes
- Take part in the monthly consolidation process on segment level and ensure accurate/timely completion
- Help group companies with IFRS accounting topics
- Conduct trainings for group companies in the field of accounting and reporting applications
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting
- Lead or participate in projects
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or a finance-related subject
- At least 3 years of related accounting, consolidation and reporting experience in an international company (industry experience preferred) or auditing certification from an international audit company
- Experience in and deep understanding of business finance and reporting systems such as SAP BW/BPC, Navision or Cognos
- Very good communication skills in English and German
- Strong analytic and technical accounting, reporting and consolidation skills
- Proactive team player
