In order to strengthen our regional campus team in Baden (AG), we are looking for an experienced learning and development professional for our European region.
Your tasks: Assume responsibility for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of learning solutions in alignment with business needs and Alstom University processes • Detect opportunities to improve efficiency, decrease complexity, reduce overall learning expense and improve learning solution effectiveness and quality • Identify the needs of internal clients and advice on the different learning solutions • Cooperate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop instructional programs • Find and validate appropriate training suppliers for our region, according to the business needs • Implement and apply performance metrics and measures to continually assess the effectiveness and value of programs and processes being used • Communicate and promote all learning solutions offered by Alstom University and participate in appropriate local internal and external learning workgroups to provide learning expertise
Your profile: Bachelor’s degree and ideally an advanced degree in a related discipline, such as business administration, HR management or organizational development • Project management certification (PMP, IPMA) or similar education • At least 3 years of practical experience in a learning and development function or in HR with a strong focus on training design, delivery and program evaluation • Solid knowledge of learning program design processes and procedures (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning programs and strategies) • Fluency in oral and written English and German, any third language a plus • Proficient in the use of MS Office tools, (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) • Proven experience within a multinational organization • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment and to collaborate with all levels of management • Goal-oriented, self-directed team player with proven ability to build strong working relationships • Multicultural awareness and sensitivity to equality/diversity issues • High degree of commitment, flexibility, self-motivation, self-confidence, assertiveness and resilience
